My wife and I went to this store as our granite supplier was in the same area. It's not on a main retail strip but definitely worth the visit. On our first visit we found a leather sectional that we both immediately liked and found comfortable. The owner Tom encouraged us to visit the competition and didn't pressure us at all. We visited a few stores and didn't find anything comparable in terms or value and quality. We ended up purchasing the sofa and got it delivered a couple of days later. Very comfortable and great quality. When shopping for leather couches avoid ones that are made in China and definitely stay away from bonded leather. The price is right but they don't last. -Mathew in Maple

We did our homework and visited many higher-end furniture stores. Choice Leather Furniture was, by far,the most knowledgeable,very competitively priced and of great quality. Another big plus is that they are not pushy at all. Their products speak for themselves. Adrian was a pleasure to deal with and knows his furniture inside-out. Our pieces were delivered on time and when we had an issue with the firmness of the cushions, Adrian had them switched to our preference within 5 days.…

We ordered a new set of leather couches after the set Tom had sold us nearly 20 years ago had seen better days! We got the same great service and attention to detail (great advice from someone with tons of experience, colour, style, firmness of cushions, quality of leather etc) as we did the first time, and that is why we came back! We could not be more delighted with the finished product or the exceptional service from Tom and Adrian! They custom designed the recliner for us to our exact requirements. (all Canadian made as well!!!) Thank you so much for a really satisfying furniture shopping experience! To everyone who has purchased low cost and low quality leather furniture at some of the big retailers, I urge you to shop at Choice Leather Furniture next time and avoid the frustration with peeling bonded leather furniture or just furniture that doesn't stand up to normal wear and tear. Deal with the best the first time and avoid all the frustration!

Adrian in the showroom was very knowledgeable and approachable. There was no pressure or discomfort as there is in other furniture stores. Delivery and payment was prompt and smooth and we are thrilled with our new leather sofas. Great value for an elite product! Thank you Adrian!! It's no wonder you're in this business for 18 years!! Our living room has been changed to look very cozy after we purchased the chocolate leather sofa and an ottoman, which Tom recommended. Our family is pleased them a lot with quality of the leather, style of the sofa and price etc… When we met Tom at Choice Leather Furniture we realized that he has a great knowledge of sofa and he knows how to match a sofa to the right place. The delivery was right on time and carefully moved in. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for leather furniture.

Just to let you know my wife Joan and I picked up our sofa and loveseat yesterday at Western Logistics warehouse in Vancouver. We love the set and I’m so glad I went with my gut feelings and bought from you, we couldn’t be happier. We could both see instantly the quality of the workmanship and the quality of the materials that were used to make them, those pieces will be with us for the rest of our lives I think.
You did an outstanding job packaging them as well for the trip down, not a mark or scratch anywhere, good job !!
I’ll be sure to put in a good word for your company on Vancouver’s furniture chat forum here and let others know there is a very good alternative for furniture buying other then what’s in Vancouver.

Hi Adrian and Tom,
I felt that I had to send you a personal Thank You to the both of you for providing AMAZING service. We had seached for a leather sofa for almost 2 years and visited countless stores throughout the GTA. Our search became grim when nothing seemed to suffice as they all looked the same, not to mention many of the stores that we visited only spoke to us when they felt they were going to make a sale.
Things looked very different when we visited your store. Firstly both Tom and Adrian were extremley professional and took alot of time to educate us on the difference of the different types of leather. You both also gave us our space to browes and decifer which stye would suit our needs.
We were also very impressed by the follow up that Adrian took several times to let us know what the status of our sofa was seeing that I was anxious to receive it.
The delivery came right on time. Almost to the hour !!!! Very impressive.
We have provided feedback to many other distributors in the past but can candidly say that Choice Leather was by far the best service , quality of the product and price that we had ever encoutered..
Thanks to both of you Tom and Adrian.
We would highly recommed Choice Leather to all of our friends.

Choice Leather Furniture is our first choice! Our experience didn't start off all that well. We walked into the warehouse and felt as though the sales' staff was not being aggressive enough - they greeted us with a 'hello, let me know if you need anything' and left us alone, didn't even bother to stop us on our way out.. Our thought was, if they don't want our business, then forget it and we left! For the next several months we visited a ton of furniture stores in search of that perfect piece for our living space. After having failed at finding anything suitable and fighting off all the aggressive sales people we decided to try Choice one more time. Again they left us alone - but this time it was a welcomed change to the rest of the stores! When we asked for their assistance, Adrian came to help and answer all our questions and only after we decided to purchase, he mentioned that he remembered us from months ago - even remembered the hat my boyfriend was wearing. It wasn't that they were ignoring us, they were giving us a break and letting us take our time. We received our custom made sectional in 4 weeks as promised and Adrian personally came to ensure the delivery was done properly. Not only were they on time with the date, they were on time with the timing of the day! I am sending this email from the sectional and I can't express how pleased we are with the quality of the furniture - and ofcourse the comfort! Thank you so much for everything - we definitely made the right choice!

My husband and I are newly weds when we first visited your place - we were told, by our parents, to buy for quality but had no direction as to where to start or what to look for. We stumbled upon your warehouse (saw an ad in the Toronto Star) and were extremely satisfied with the information that your company provided. Not only did you spend the time to explain leathers and frames and construction, but you took the time to show us samples and examples. We left feeling confident and (being honest) looked at other stores and product, now educated. We realized you really get what you pay for - 3 months later we came back to purchase. Of the furniture in our new home, we are most satisfied with your, now our, couches! The service was high and above all other stores and companies we dealt with!

Hello Irene, The most comfortable chairs in the whole wide world have found a good home and are the most sought after seating in our living room. Stan is amazing! He took so much care in educating everyone in the store (there were 3 different parties). He didn't push and really just answered all the questions that I had been asking for the last few years while shopping for furniture. Unfortunately we purchased our first set elsewhere and had numerous difficulties in taking delivery, BUT our current sofa and every sofa from this point forward will be a Choice Leather piece. In the end, we found that Choice Leather took the extra care to ensure we were happy--it must be because they are a family business! Stan is actually not a sales person, he's just helping out his girlfriend on weekends. We highly recommend that you speak with Stan--he has no stake in the sale but is so patient and ensures each person takes home something (whether it's a great piece of furniture, confidence in your decision to buy at Choice or a headful of information).

Matt and I went in to purchase a sectional...the sales associate informed me that there were only 2 left and that the sectional was on sale...the reason for my testimonial is to let everyone know that you MUST BELIEVE Choice Leather. We thought it was a sales tactic and left...needless to say, when we went back the next day, they were sold out. When we shared this story with our friends, 2 other friends had purchased from Choice Leather--one couple missed out on a great price because they didn't believe the sales' staff and the other couple...they don't shop around...they got a bargain and a beautiful piece...so I just wanted to let everyone know...BELIEVE THEM..! and buy it...
